Hello there! It’s that time again, time for a new workout video! Aren’t Fridays fun? You never know what you’re going to get, well except this week since I told you last week I’d recorded a two-parter. Well that and the title of this post clearly gives it away. So I guess it’s not much of a mystery at all. 😉
So yes, it’s another yoga video this week, but in addition to hip openers I’ve also thrown in a few hamstring, inner thigh stretches and spinal twists to liven things up a bit.
Unlike last week, on this video I was able to successfully mute the background noise so no need to worry about random car sounds this time (yay!). In the past it seems like my Zumba videos are by far more popular than any other fitness videos I’ve uploaded, but if I know some of my loyal readers like these I will certainly continue making them for you!
As always, if you need to modify or opt out of any post for any reason please do so. And if anything feels “wrong” within your body while you are doing it, that is a great warning signal that you need to scale back the pose or skip it entirely. Especially with those hip openers in the second half of the video, be really mindful of your knees and stick with crossed legs if that is a more comfortable option for you.
