Hey there! I hope your Monday is off to a good start! I was playing “catch-up” most of the day so it’s been a busy one over here, but things are starting to get caught up which is good because I updated my calendar on the fridge with my schedule for the next 5 weeks and they are going to be b-u-s-y!
But we’ll get more into that in the coming weeks, for now here is last week’s vlog!
(if you want to skip the BSB footage go to 5:45)
I gotta say, that Backstreet Boys concert was so much fun! I got to see them the last time they were in Halifax and I think I enjoyed it even more this time. If they come back again I’ll definitely be there! #BSB4Life 😉
Now as for this spacial thing, I really don’t know what is going on! It use to be people fought over being in the front row and I had to impose rules about saving spots and whatnot, now I have to beg people to come anywhere near me! I know people are concerned that those further back are “watching” them, but when you’re in the front row you’re in the front row! It doesn’t matter if it starts 4 feet back from me or 20 – it’s still the front row! It makes me crazy when classes aren’t spaced out properly. I’ve been known on a semi-frequent occasion to stop a class and tell them I can’t continue until someone fills a huge gap. My OCD can’t bare having the entire left side of the room empty while a bunch of people are crammed into the right (for instance).
My iPod is still holding together. I put scotch tape all over the front and the touch screen still works so for now it is what it is. I don’t plan to replace it until it actually stops working. I guess that means I can no longer use it for watching videos/movies when travelling, but I do have another iPod I can use for that.
I’m still not feeling 100% today. I taught yoga earlier and was pretty nauseated by the end of it (too much bending I assume) and was pretty glad to get home. Now tonight i have two more classes, but I’m hoping to spend most of the evening coaching instead of doing so keep my movement to a minimum. Luckily it’s easy to do that in yoga, tomorrow I’ve got a couple Zumba classes to get through so hopefully I’ll be feeling 100% (or closer to it) by then!
This half marathon business does scare me a bit. I am hoping I can finish in under 2:30 but right now my main goal is to finish without an injury, so if that means it takes me 2:45 or 3 hours, then that’s how long it takes me! At least unlike last October I won’t have to spend all of Monday travelling. The race is only an hour away from home so I will be home in my own bed Sunday night and can relax all day Monday!
Well that’s it for this week, I’m off to teach my two evening classes – here’s hoping I don’t feel sick!

Oh how I love me some BSB! I was 4th row at the ACC in Toronto and went to the meet n greet (met NKOTB) when they toured with the NKOTB. I’m glad you enjoyed the concert!
AMAZING!!!! I think if I ever got to meet any of the BSB I might faint!
Love love love the Backstreet Boys!!
Whoop! Whoop! BSB for life! 😉
