Cultivating a Positive Body Image with Doris Ward

This week’s podcast episode topic is such an important one. Cultivating a positive body image is something that is needed now more than ever in the world of social media we now live in.

Today’s guest is a wonderful one that I am excited to introduce you to. Doris Ward was the CanFitPro Personal Trainer of the year in 2018, was named one of the OptiMYz Top 100 Health and Fitness Influencer for 2019, is a Body Positive Ally, Personal Trainer and Yoga and Pilates Instructor who runs Body Positive Workshops making her the perfect person to speak to about this important topic.

I apologize for the sound quality on today’s episode, I’m not sure why we were getting that feedback during our call but I hope you were able to “listen” past it as I think this was a really important episode.
