Here we are halfway through July, so I figured it was time to update you on my Battle Against DOMS, and more specifically, how my experience has been with the PASCOE Canada Lymphdiaral Cream so far.
Right off the bat I can tell you this past week or so I’ve experienced less muscle soreness the days following my workouts than I normally do, but I cannot yet say if that’s due to the Lymphdiaral Cream, or due to the fact I’ve been on vacation and therefore not doing nearly as much exercise. I think I’ll have a better idea over this next week as to how much it is helping. One thing I can always count on is being extra sore the week following vacation!
Getting my workouts for this week entered in my workout log and keeping my Lymphdiaral cream on standby for when the DOMS start to kick in!
So since I can’t tell you too much about any difference I’ve felt thus far, I thought what I could do is tell you more about the cream itself and how it is used.
I mentioned the Lymphdiaral Cream in my previous post, and how it helps reduce muscle inflammation and soreness but didn’t really go much beyond that.
Lymphdiaral is an odourless and non-greasy cream that has no known interactions with other medications. It has been used clinically worldwide for over 50 years and has excellent tolerability. It is used to relieve symptoms of swelling and inflammation which slow down healing. While we don’t often think as muscle pain from exercise as inflammation, that is precisely what it’s thought to be. That’s why I found this to be such an interesting product to try. In the past, I’ve tried the more mainstream topical creams for muscle pain relief and found they did nothing to help, and some gave me a terrible skin burn thanks to all the chemicals and junk that are in them. That’s why I found this to be such an interesting product to try. In the past, I’ve tried the more mainstream topical creams for muscle pain relief and found they did nothing to help, and some gave me a terrible skin burn thanks to all the chemicals and junk that are in them.
Since I prefer to go a more natural route when possible, a homoeopathic remedy was right up my alley, and it doesn’t bother my sensitive skin or leave me smelling like a medicine cabinet which is definitely an added bonus!
Because it works to drain the lymph nodes, you need to apply the cream according to the area that is injured/hurt and where the lymph nodes are located in that area of the body
Because of this, it does take an extra minute to apply in order to ensure you first apply to the lymph node area, then the area where you are experiencing the symptoms, but it’s really not that big of a deal. It just takes a little more care to do than the general, “slap the cream on in any old way” type application.
There have been numerous studies showing how effective this type of treatment is for so many different types of injuries. Instead of listing all the active ingredients, if you are interested in more of the specifics of the product, you can find them at http://www.pascoe.ca.

This sounds like something I should consider for my leg problems I do think I have a degree of inflammation that is contributing to my muscle issues. Thanks for the information.
