Hey there! Since I’m between sessions of my live Online Bootcamp programs (next one will be starting in a few weeks!), I thought it was a good time to go back through my previous Online bootcamps and make them accessable to everyone year round!
When I initally launch a new session of Bootcamp, I keep it closed because I am taking each of those people on as a training client. Therefore, I expect to have contact with them off and on for the full 8-weeks of training as they check in after their workouts, ask me questions, get advice, etc. Because of that I can only take on a small number of clients in order to be able to adequately manage their needs. But once the round is over, the whole 8-weeks of workouts gets put in a drawer and isn’t used again. Which is a shame, since they are great workouts!
That’s why I have decided to add all past rounds online at a reduced rate, so those who are interested in training with me, but don’t need or want the accountability portion, or who would like to workout at their own pace can do so.
Of course, even though I may not be physically handing out your workouts each week, I’m still here – so if you ever sign up for one of the online self-study bootcamps and have a question, need an exercise modifcation or swap I’m only an email away! And don’t spread this around but – I’m pretty good at staying at inbox zero so your question won’t go unanswered for very long. 😉
Wondering which Bootcamp Volume might be right for you?
Volume 1 was much heavier into aerobic conditioning with a lot of plyometrics and is not suitable for those with pre-exisiting conditions or injuries.
Volumes 2-4 made a shift to more of a strength based training program. There is certainly still a cardio aspect, but overall they concentrate more on building strength. There are still options for plyometrics but these volumes are more accisable to all levels, from beginner to advanced because of the shift in focus.
If you are already and elite athlete, these workout are not for you.
I regularly have participants from their 20’s right up to the 60’s in these programs and all are able to tailor the workouts to their fitness level.

I have been participating in Suzis online bootcamp since the beginning. I work shift work & my normal schedule follows a 8 day rotation meaning I go tru working week ends & week days/ nights. Due to my schedule it makes participating in classes & going to the gym on a regular basis hard, so I was VERY excited when Suzi first mentioned she was going to try a online at home program, not only can I do every workout in my home, they only run 15-20 min which even for someone whos constantly busy working & running a hobby farm I can ALWAYS find that amount of time. I can get up and down stairs now without any trouble at all. Before I started this boot camp I was having a lot of pain in my knees when I used the stairs or even sat down or got up from a chair. Now that is gone!
