This week’s Fitness Friday is another quickie! The video itself is only 30 seconds, so if you have less than a minute in your day to exercise, you can still get this workout in. 😉 Of course if you have say – 5 minutes, you can do this through a few times to really get a nice lower body burn happening.Â
So many people tell me they don’t have time to exercise, which is why I decided to make this series of super, crazy short videos to prove that everyone has time. Even 1 one minute of exercise everyday is better than 0 minutes! If you have time to read this post, you have time to to the workout. No fancy clothes needed – so let’s do this. Stand up, step out into a wide squat and let’s go!

If holding both heels up is too much for you right now, go ahead and continue with the alternating heel lifts instead. And at the end when I’m holding the calf raise and in the squat, you can also do it with your heels down on the floor. It’s always nice to start in a modified version of a workout because it gives you a goal to work towards.
Can you already do the 30 second workout through no problem? Great! Then lets do it a few more times through, or add my tricep quickie from last week to really get some muscle burn happening!
