Fitness Tips For College Students

Since the return to school is just around the corner, and many high school graduates are venturing off to college I thought I’d share this fantastic infographic that the folks over the thebestcolleges.com put together.  I really love it, as it is full of amazing fitness tips for college students.

It can be such a challenge, espeically if this is your first time away from home having to take care of yourself – and figure out all your own meals – and laundry – and transportation – and everything!

The Best Regimen for College Fitness

I lived at home with my parents during college, so I don’t think I fell victim to the “Freshman 15” but I know for certain I didn’t do much exercise, or eat breakfast, or sometimes lunch, and I stayed up too late, and ate a lot of pizza…

If you have a new college student in your life please pass this post on to them, maybe it’ll give them some great ideas on how to stay healthy.  Or you can “pin” it by hovering your mouse over the top left corner of the image until a “pin it” button appears.

Even if you are well into your college stay, or maybe you skipped college and find yourself out on your own for the first time, there are lots of tips here that can serve you well!

    Find something that will motivate you and always think about it to get you to the gym and be healthy.
