So I’ve created this simple 4-week health challenge which will give you a daily task for 28 days that when combined will make a huge impact on your health.

Even if you feel like a new task each day is a bit too much, you can spread it out and do a new task every 2-3 days to make it more manageable. It’s entirely up to you how quickly, or how slowly you complete it!
