If you follow me on social media this is going to be old news, but for those of you who don’t, this week I launched a brand new weekly web show called Car Confessions!

It’s something I’ve been wanting to do for quite a few years but hadn’t largely because my phone didn’t have any space for recording video and I didn’t want to lug a camera around with me everywhere I went.
Well, I finally upgraded my phone in December and have space to record, and now that the sun has started to return I was inspired to dust of that goal and make it happen.
For the most part, it’s going to be me sharing stories, some tips and tricks in the life of a fitness instructor but my plan is to keep it “fun”. I haven’t decided if I’ll be sharing the episodes here every week or not, so I’d love for you to subscribe to my YouTube channel, or follow my Facebook page where the videos will definitely be posted each Friday afternoon.
