Holiday hosting can be stressful and time-consuming, but these last few years when I’ve hosted my annual Christmas get together for myself and my friends it’s been so much easier thanks to the #PCInsidersCollection!

I feel so fortunate to have been able to attend each of their annual holiday parties where we get to sit back and enjoy the new Insider’s Collection products and recipes. It’s really an amazing time, and since I’m self-employed, it’s the only real holiday party I get to attend (clearly I don’t count the four-person “party” with my friends 😉 ).
A few weeks back I once again got to enjoy the PC Holiday party and if at all possible it was even better than last years!
From the decor,
to the appetizers,
drinks and cocktails,
and of course the food!
What I really love about the party is that it give us a chance to try some of their seasonal recipes, so when it comes time for hosting our own, we know what we want to make!
I don’t know why I am still always surprised at how good their pre-made desserts and appetizers are, and of course how easy treats like their PC cookies filled with festive ice creams (like pistachio or candy cane!) are to put together!

Your creativity in decorating and coordination of everything is always amazing. Abd, the food, oh the food. From your own creations to those straight from P.C., I love them all. It is a win for President’s Choice too as I often buy their items that you serve.
