One thing I’ve always wanted but couldn’t justirfy purchasing is perscription sunglasses. I have such a minor perscription that my eye doctor has told me I don’t need to wear my glasses at all if I don’t want to, but I generally do when watching movies or driving for a long period of time as it makes everything clearer – and I can read road signs before I’m right on top of them!
Because it’s never been a necessity that I wear them, spending the money on perscription sunglasses always seemed super frivolous, so I long ago decided that it simply wans’t something I was likely to get anytime soon.

Because they come from overseas, it takes a while for your order to arrive. I ordered these on May 18th, and they were in my mailbox on June 30th. So just a little over a month for them to arrive, but they were absolutely worth the wait!

They are so comfortable, super lightweight and fit wonderfully! Because the bridge of my nose is so narrow buying sunglasses off the rack is often an issue. That’s why I tend to do for Aviators, because they have the nose pieces and I can squeeze them a bit to make them fit my nose a bit better. Another awesome thing about buying from an online eyeglasses shop is that on their site you can see all the measurements to ensure you are getting a good fit. Of course, you need to have an idea of what your measurements are to do that. Anytime I’ve ordered online, I’ve looked up the details of my prescription frames and used those as a basis for fit, and that has worked out well for me. If you don’t have that information, I suppose you could measure yourself, though it might be a bit harder to get the most accurate info.
