Holy moly. It’s the last Friday in August. How’d that happen? I guess that means today is the last “quickie” workout video I have to share with you guys right now. If you’ve enjoyed these super crazy short workouts and would like to see more please let me know! We are finishing off the month with a quick balance challenge to help you build core and length strength and work on your balance all at the same time.
This video is around 30 seconds long, but I only demonstrate the one side so make sure to do it through twice in order to get both legs in!
If keeping your leg elevated the entire time is a bit too much for you right now then tap your toes down in between reps in order to help you maintain your balance. You can also do this next to a wall to give you a little more stability if you need it.
