Well, I’m a big old sickie today. I don’t know if it’s my IBS, or a bug but I am most certainly not feeling good. The bad news for me is I can’t afford to cancel my classes today so I have to keep plugging away. Working when you don’t feel well is bad enough, but when your work is exercise – that’s a whole other level of nastiness.
Anyway, enough of the glum talk. Last night I was heading out the door to teach my evening classes and I realized I had no videos planned – oops. So I fell back on a couple old routines to share with you this week, and then next week I’ll share the next two Body Sculpt videos.
I’m pretty sure this isn’t my own choreography, but I’ve been using it so long I really don’t know. I do know it’s not a ZIN routine, but that’s about it. Anyway, I hope you enjoy it!
And now, I’m going to go crawl into bed until I have to drag myself to my 4:30pm class. Hopefully I’ll be feeling better by then.
