Hi guys!
I feel like I’m having a bit of a mid-blog life crisis. I started sharing these weekly videos to bring something new to the site, but I really don’t know if anyone even watches them from these posts, or if all of the action is happening over on YouTube.
If you are reading this and normally watch my videos via my blog (versus directly on YouTube) can you please let me a comment below to let me know? If nobody is watching them here then I will probably discontinue cross posting them here. I’m not interested in posting simply for the sake of posting if nobody is actually using it, ya know?
Anyway, today’s video is a warm-up video, I would use this as part of a 2-song warm-up. The song is Despierta which was found on Mega Mix 40.
P.S. Don’t forget to leave a comment below if this is where you typically watch these videos!
Thanks 🙂

I watch them 🙂
I normally check out your videos here, because I click on the post from Facebook and this is where it takes me.
I’m watching!! 🙂
i watch
I like watching the videos on here, and this is great warmup!
Thank you! xoxo
Love this warm-up number…thanks

Thanks 🙂
I’m watching it here, too, because your posts pop up in my Feedreader. I like that you write a few words about the choreo or whatever. 🙂
But I also follow you on YouTube because of the VEDA videos. 🙂
I think what I’ll do is continue posting them here, but instead of making the post *just* my notes & the video, I’ll add a bit more to it (non-video related) to beef them up a bit more to give the non-zumba people something to read on those days. Thanks so much for your comment! 🙂
This is a great warm-up. Too many times I’ve seen instructors jump into a class as if everyone was ready for the main part of the class, forgetting that the body needs time to adjust to the “O, no, I’m gonna have to work”.
Thanks! I even feel this one is a bit too “dance-y” for my liking sometimes, haha. I am always shocked when instructors bust right into like jumping jacks 3 seconds into a warm-up. You need to warm up gradually to get that synovial fluid moving!
