Buying With Healthy Planet Canada

With the thoughts of half marathon training upon me, and dreams of warmer temperatures (hopefully) coming our way before too many more months pass, I started thinking about things I was going to need to get me through another summer of training. High on that list was Vega Electrolyte Hydrator, my preferred electrolyte replenisher. It seemed almost serendipitous when the following day I was contacted about reviewing Healthy Planet Canada (who happens to sell the aforementioned electrolyte replenisher).

Prior to now, I hadn’t heard of Healthy Planet, and had always purchased my vega products directly from vega (where I get a 25% discount for being a fitness professional) or online at well.ca.

One thing I noticed immediately is, the prices on Healthy Planet (at least for the products I checked) are way better or comparable to Well.ca’s. The electrolyte replenisher for instance is $5 or $6 MORE on well.ca. That’s a big difference! As I mentioned I go get a discount on Vega products directly from Vega, but in this instance, the saving is only $3 compared to Healthy Planet, and Healthy Planet’s free shipping threshold is way lower ($49.99 versus $100) making it cheaper for me since I never meet that $100 threshold with Vega.

Let’s put prices to the side for the time being, and talk a bit more about the shopping experience. I placed my order on a Thursday, and the following Tuesday my order was in my hands!

It was securely packaged and everything arrived in perfect condition!

I ended up ordering two containers of electrolyte replenisher and a bottle of Vitamin D (which we needed anyway) in order to get free shipping. I was really impressed with my shopping experience, and the next time I’m looking for health products you can be sure Healthy Planet will be my first stop on the Internet. They have a huge variety of products, and a lot of great deals!
