Well hello there! Are you ready for the weekend? I know I am! But then again, I’m always ready for the weekend. 😉
This week I’m sharing with you the routine I’ve been using for “Mi Gente” from Zumba Mega Mix 42 (which I just realized came out last July. Wow, it seems like I’ve only had it for a couple months. Time certainly does fly…)
I’ve been using this routine as one of my two warm-up songs (which is why the focus is about 50% fitness moves, 50% dance) for the past month or so.
Once again I’m a little close to the camera, for some reason that day I was paranoid that if I backed up further you wouldn’t be able to see me, haha. Anyway I’ll be sure to “step away from the camera!” in future videos 😉
Any of these videos I post are for sharing so please feel free to use this as it is, or as your inspiration for your own routine if you like! Otherwise, if you’re not an instructor you can just get your dance-on!
I’m planning to make Choreography Fridays a “thing”. The plan is to alternate regular Zumba routines with warm-ups & specialty routines. My question is, are there any Aqua Zumba instructors here? Should I bother adding aqua routines into the rotation or are y’all “land only” peeps? Obviously if you are using my videos to workout versus for class ideas, aqua routines won’t be of much use to you at all so you don’t need to answer that question.
Thanks and have a super weekend!
