Brownies. What more must I say? Chocolate, dense, and delicious, a good brownie recipe never fails and is always adored by all. This, is my never fail recipe for easy brownies.
I’ve taken them to many parties and get togethers and they are always a hit – however they aren’t terribly healthy. But you know me, what’s life without a brownie thrown in once in a while? A waste, that’s what.
So while I wouldn’t suggest making these on a weekly basis, I sweat nothing terrible will happen if you make them once in a while.
And if you are really in the mood for a brownie but don’t want the responsibility of eating a whole pan yourself, may I suggest you try my microwave brownie recipe? It’s pretty darn delicious in its own right.
But let’s get back to the task at hand – easy brownies.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Melt butter in a medium-sized bowl and add sugar and vanilla, stir to combine. Add eggs, beating to mix well. Add flour and cocoa powder, mix until ingredients are combined and batter is moist. Grease a 8×8 square pan and pour batter into it spreading it out into an even layer. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until top has cracked slightly & centre looks done. Let cool slightly then dig in!! {{best eaten while still warm with some iced cream on top!}}Easy Brownies
