As promised in my email list last week I’m getting back into making some videos. I’ve been having some technical challenges lately, so I don’t have many new routines to share until those “difficulties” get fixed, but did have this routine I’ve been using for Zumba Gold on my iPod and ready to go. I started off with a slightly different version of this routine for Zumba but decided it was a better fit for Zumba Gold so made the transition. I guess my point is you can probably jazz it up to take it back to regular Zumba if you like. The song is Soltero by Tre-O which was on Mega Mix 54.
I show two different options for the up and back section, you can either march up and back or do two cha cha’s forward and skip back. I usually show both options in class and let the ladies decide which they like for themselves.
Because today’s post is pretty short, I decided to do another roundup of “links Suzi’s saved on the Interwebs” in case you see anything of interest!
