TGIF friends!
Fridays are for fun so I thought I’d share a fun post with you all. Recently I learned about Holistic Box which is a quarterly subscription box company that ships out new boxes every season (March, June, September, and December). I’ve subscribed to many other subscription boxes over the years like Birch Box, Glossy Box and Caring Crate which allow you to subscribe to and receive products in the mail at a discounted price to sample. HolisticBox is a very similar business with some key differences to any other box:
- They only source their products from local Canadian Businesses.
- They only put natural, organic, or holistic Canadian products in their boxes.
- They only ship in Canada.
For those of us trying to support Canadian, and smaller local companies a subscription box like this allows us to support those companies we’d probably not otherwise ever hear of – and I think that is fabulous.
Holistic Box is 100% owned and operated by Courtney MacDonald. A 26-year-old entrepreneur living in Ontario. She is the founder and Wellness Director who curates every box herself. She is very passionate about supporting local Canadian businesses and loves exploring and discovering new natural, organic, and holistic products. She tries her best to live by HolisticBoxs’ mantra every day which is: Focus your mind, nourish your body, and awaken your spirit.
You’re going to be hearing a lot about wellness and self-care from me this year, and a subscription box like this is a great way to offer yourself a little extra indulgence and self-care.
For spring there are TWO different boxes you can order. There is the Spring Goddess I box that is only $49.95 (plus taxes and shipping). And the Spring Goddess II box which I will be unboxing today; that is only $64.95 (plus taxes and shipping).

Let’s take a look at each of the items in the Goddess Two box.
Multi vitamin creme from Green Sisters
This is the famous Multi-Vitamin Creme that was in the Grammy Celebrity Gift bags in 2015. This is made by a company in British Columbia called Green Sisters. It keeps skin`s moisture balance, nourishes the skin and smooth facial & neck lines.
Lavender Soap from old Soul Soap Company
This is the Lavender soap made by Old Soul Soap Company that is actually located in Chelmsford, ON. It’s a very affordable handmade natural soap that is beautifully crafted.
Healing Puzzle Book by Cindy O’Neil
Here is the Healing Puzzle Book that had been published by a local Sudbury woman named Cindy O’Neil. The word searches have positive and motivational themes. Every puzzle has extra letters to spell the missing word(s) in an uplifting quote. Strawberry Lime Chocolate bar by Living Chocolate
Everybody loves chocolate right?! Here is a delicious looking chocolate bar that’s made in Missisauga ON by Living Chocolate. It is also vegan and must be a healthy chocolate bar because it has strawberries in it right? YUMMY!
Bracelet by Malabliss
And last but certainly not least is the beautiful handmade bracelet by Malabliss. Malabliss is located in Ancaster, ON and has many unique pieces to choose from. These bracelets were exclusively made for the spring goddess II box to help you celebrate the season of spring which represents new beginnings. This is my favourite item of the box, the bracelet is just beautiful and I was so thrilled to see it when I opened the box.
